Meet our team
Mike Jerome
Owner and Operator Mike Jerome is an Idaho Native, growing up in Garden Valley on a 168 acre ranch, where hard work and true grit were a way of life. He spent his early years excelling in school and sports and building his exceptional work ethic on the ranch.
Mike attended BSU, where he played football and graduated with a BA of Fine Arts. He went on to work in the Graphic Design field for a few years and then true to his nature, decided that becoming an entrepreneur was his calling.
Property Rehab Solutions was formed from Mike’s vision to create beautiful designs and spaces, with both comfort and functionality in mind - giving his clients only the best value, quality and comfort.
Seth Lowen
Project Supervisor Seth Lowen, was born and raised in Idaho. He graduated from McCall-Donnelly High School and went on to obtain his Associates of Arts degree from Southwestern Oregon Community College.
His early years in McCall were spent assisting his dad on his construction sites and learning all of the necessary skills to become a finish carpenter at an early age. Seth’s many years of experience in the construction industry show in his impeccable work ethic and attention to detail.
Seth currently resides in Caldwell, Idaho with his wonderful wife, Alandra and two beautiful daughters, Esther and Saphira.
